OSOI PRE-FALL 2026: ICONOCLASM

Seoul-based accessories label OSOI dismantles the familiar for Pre-Fall 2026, reworking its signature codes into sculptural, unexpectedly playful forms.
There are bags you carry, and then there are bags that become part of the way you dress. Seoul-based label OSOI has long occupied the latter category, creating accessories that feel as considered as objects as they do functional pieces. For Pre-Fall 2026, the brand takes that approach one step further with ICONOCLASM — a collection built around the idea of dismantling the familiar and revealing it from a new perspective.
It’s an apt title for a label whose designs rarely feel entirely recognisable at first glance. OSOI takes familiar handbag archetypes and pulls them apart: a buckle becomes a focal point, a handle shifts position, proportions are subtly distorted and hardware becomes almost sculptural. The result is fashion that feels quietly unconventional rather than deliberately loud.

The collection continues OSOI’s fascination with its signature BROCLE hardware, bringing the recognisable buckle-inspired detail into a new series of silhouettes. Among the standouts is the Shoulder BROCLE, a softly structured shoulder bag inspired by the shape of a classic belt. Available in Vein Black, Aged Blue, Aged Grey and Toffee Fringe, its front buckle detail and signature key charm give the otherwise pared-back silhouette a distinctly OSOI character. An additional ring allows the wearer to add their own charms and key rings, making the bag feel less like a finished object and more like something that can evolve with its owner.
Elsewhere, the Tote BROCLE Mini shrinks the proportions of the original into a compact everyday shape. Available in Stone Black, Stain Brown, Aged Grey and Aged Red, the mini tote can be carried by hand or worn crossbody, balancing the visual impact of its hardware with the practicality OSOI consistently builds into its designs.

But perhaps what makes ICONOCLASM particularly compelling is the world created around it. The campaign imagery treats the accessories as more than products, placing them within a playful, slightly surreal visual language that feels closer to contemporary art than conventional handbag advertising.
It is this tension between functionality and fantasy that makes OSOI so easy to fall for. The designs are wearable, but they don't disappear into an outfit. They have presence. A curved silhouette, an oversized buckle, a dangling charm or an unexpected texture is enough to shift an otherwise simple look.

Founded in Seoul in 2016, OSOI has built its identity around clean lines, geometric forms and distinctive hardware, with an emphasis on craftsmanship and pieces designed to exist beyond a single season. ICONOCLASM feels like a natural continuation of that philosophy: familiar enough to be useful, strange enough to be interesting.
For Pre-Fall 2026, OSOI isn't asking us to abandon what we know. It's asking us to look at it differently.
And, frankly, we're very into it. Discover the Pre-Fall '26 collection: https://en.osoi.co.kr/category/pf26-collection/307/
