PHOTOGRAPHER, STYLIST & ARTIST ADAM PETER HICKS CONNECTS WITH MODELS FROM AROUND THE WORLD DURING LOCKDOWN AND CAPTURES LIFE IN ISOLATION VIA FACETIME.
Norwich-based photographer, stylist and artist Adam Peter Hicks unveils the second part if his ongoing visual project where the British artist connects with models around the world to capture what the current lockdown feels and looks like for them. Shooting via FaceTime, Hicks explores the feelings, colours, shapes, and spaces surrounding his subjects while maintaining human connections even through this challenging and unprecedented time where social distancing has become the norm.
The multifaceted creative has the ability to keep things real and raw while venturing into these seamless connections that go beyond geographical coordinates. For Hicks, the fact that we are currently unable to meet face-to-face and share time, we should still explore and develop human connections and find ways and reasons to remain hopeful and confident that better days will come and "we will wander, we will walk free, we will be."
In this story; Adam Peter Hicks connects and captures (in order of appearance) George Craker (Unsigned); Aleksandr Gordeev at Next Models (UK), Genom Models (Russia) and Premium Models (France); Nicholas Kodua at Option models; Vincent Buffler at Kult Models (UK, DE, SE) and D management (Italy) and Aisha Wiggins (Unsigned).
