RON DADON'S LATEST TRACK 'VANILLA SKIN' IS ANYTHING BUT VANILLA

Ron Dadon is (r)on our radar. The singer-songwriter, who returned from a five year hiatus with Sweet Nothing in April, is celebrating the release of her latest track Vanilla Skin. An ode to the feeling you get when you're in the early days of a new crush (before the complicated bit starts and sees you googling their rising sign), the single is playful and catchy, and, I imagine, great for listening to on a lime scooter as you whizz around a hot European city.

As if being a talented musician wasn't enough, Ron also has a whole career in photography and a clothing line under her belt. Her line, Nuvonu, has garnered widespread acclaim for its modern luxury, offering a timeless fusion of early 20th-century designs. Celebrities like Zendaya, Hailey Bieber, Kendall Jenner, and Taylor Hill have all been spotted sporting Nuvonu, something which has massively added to its growing popularity.

Vanilla Skin follows a series of exciting releases that have positioned Ron as one of the most dynamic artists in the industry. Her recent tracks, including Call Me have continued to turn heads, and with Vanilla Skin Ron solidifies her place as an artist to watch. There are two types of pop artists – those that facilitate fun escapism and those who contain depth and nudge you to reflect. Ron manages to do both, allowing the listener to escape into a different world whilst reflecting on their own universe.

With Ron, you can expect the unexpected, and it wouldn't surprise us if in a years time she has added astronaut to her CV. One thing is for sure though, whether you're soaking up the sun or enjoying a summer fling, Vanilla Skin is the perfect soundtrack for embracing summer’s carefree spirit.
