LOCKDOWN FEELS LIKE... Generally pretty good! A little bored but I’m good at keeping myself entertained. I’ve been meditating pretty much every day which has been beneficial for my mental health. Also doing Italian every day and experimenting with cooking.

LOCKDOWN ACTIVITIES... I’ve mainly been reading, going on bike rides, cooking and enjoying the sun when it is out. Also Facetiming/Zooming my friends which has been really nice.

LOCKDOWN NOSTALGIA... Seeing my friends and enjoying all the culture London has to offer. I miss the energy that people bring to the city and just being able to go out to a restaurant or the cinema.

THE PERFECT LOCKDOWN PARTNER... My friend’s bulldog, Geoffrey; Cody Ko; Binging with Babish.

ONE UPSIDE OF LOCKDOWN... My friend’s dad runs Salon Sessions where a bunch of people who don’t really know each other talk about a deep topic. Last time we talked about why we are here, another topic was about monogamy and if it’s natural. It’s nice to have something new that’s sociable and also really engaging. I’ve also been studying Italian on Memrise.
