London-based photographer Alexander Massek teams up with set designer Noel Heaney and Yaz El-Ashmawi to form a creative trio as they explore the concept of passing time; something we have all experienced amidst the storm of 2020. For many of us lockdown has taken away our daily routines, leaving us with too much time off which can be bad for the soul - our latest editorial titled Leisure depicts Masseks experience of this. Models Keenan Gyamfi and Louie Johnson from Premier set the mood of the story by performing their own routine with props and instruments which are both played with and demolished, a symbol for breaking through this heavy time. Fashion from Carole McPhillips showcases oversized checked tailoring and soft casuals that compliment the sombre mood and desire for comfort. Makeup by Tilly Jones, produced by Ampersand Media.
