TOM MAY, 22, London at Elite reflecting isolation
F WORD: How have you been dealing with the whole isolation thing? TOM MAY: I have been keeping myself as busy as possible and using the time I have before I become busy again.
F WORD: What have you been doing to occupy your time and mind? TOM MAY: I have been reading, working out and looking after myself ready for when quarantine ends.
F WORD: What are your thoughts on how our government and the world is dealing with it? TOM MAY: I think the majority of the world has handled the situation well, like China and Italy taking drastic measures to reduce cases and succeeding. But I think The UK should have done the same very early on rather than brush the pandemic off like it wasn’t a big deal.
F WORD: What would be your perfect soundtrack for this time? TOM MAY: Frank Ocean's 'Self-control.'
F WORD: Can you suggest a movie/series/or book we should check out during isolation? TOM MAY: 'The Servant' on Apple Play is pretty great. Definitely, something I would suggest.
F WORD: A hopeful statement to encourage others: TOM MAY: Although this pandemic has taken lives and caused many issues, it’s brought everyone together like in Spain singing from their homes and on the balconies in their apartments. This pandemic won't last forever and we have a chance to do something good to others right now.
F WORD: Favourite f-word: TOM MAY: Food.
