MODELS REFLECT ISOLATION: GEORGE WEAIT

GEORGE WEAITS, London at Nevs

reflecting isolation

F WORD: How have you been dealing with the whole isolation thing?

GEORGE WEAIT: I am an illustrator so I have been creative during this time doing a lot of illustration.

F WORD: What have you been doing to occupy your time and mind?

GEORGE WEAIT: Designing custom-made clothes. Making animation shorts. Creating logos for friends. Cooking some amazing food! And walking in the sunshine.

F WORD: How are you feeling about the COVID-19 pandemic?

GEORGE WEAIT: I want everyone to be safe and respectful. To follow the government guidelines so we can get back to normal life sooner rather than later. Wash your hands, keep your social distance and stay indoors!

F WORD: What are your thoughts on how our government and the world is dealing with it?

GEORGE WEAIT: I think the government has approached it well although lockdown could have come earlier. People should limit the amount of news they watch as this can heighten anxiety and panic which are never good. I think we should focus on the positives around us. Create a peaceful environment.

F WORD: What would be your perfect soundtrack for this time?

GEORGE WEAIT: 'Flowers' by Sunship Remix.

F WORD: Can you suggest a movie/series/or book we should check out during isolation?

GEORGE WEAIT: All of the 'Jack Reacher' books by Lee Child.

F WORD: A Hopeful statement to encourage others:

GEORGE WEAIT: Look into yourself and find out what you really love and then find creative ways to express yourself. Whatever moves, inspires, and excites you can only be a success. Be creative.

F WORD: Favourite F-word

GEORGE WEAIT: FUNKY!
