F WORD: What are your top 5 interests?
SAMUEL LONDE: Cooking, fashion, spirituality, positivity, fitness.
F WORD: How have you been dealing with the whole isolation thing?
SAMUEL LONDE: I have taken advantage of all the free time that I have had on my hands. I am focusing on working out and keeping very disciplined on my diet. I’m wanting to stay healthy and continue to evolve my mind and body.
F WORD: What have you been doing to occupy your time and mind?
SAMUEL LONDE: I have been reading a lot of books and mediating during these quiet times. I’m able to really explore and expand my conscience as I have no worries.
F WORD: How are you feeling about the COVID-19 pandemic?
SAMUEL LONDE: It is very saddening to see the world in upheaval and chaos. I believe, however, that it is on us to remain positive and take this one day at a time. We have to take the proper care for ourselves and focus on keeping our bodies strong. This will pass and we will become better people after this.
F WORD: What are your thoughts on how your government and the world, in general, are dealing with it?
SAMUEL LONDE: I think the world and government are all trying to work together on this. Not one country is necessarily doing more than another as this is a global issue.
F WORD: What is the best thing you’ve been able to do since isolation?
SAMUEL LONDE: I would say reading and trying to learn another language. Both have done so much good for me and have kept me occupied.
F WORD: What do you miss the most right now (due to isolation)?
SAMUEL LONDE: I really miss my walks in Central Park. It had become a daily routine of mine within the last two months. It is something, that once everything is clear, I’m going to take full advantage of.
F WORD: What would be your perfect soundtrack for this time?
SAMUEL LONDE: 'Days Before Rodeo' by Travis Scott.
F WORD: Can you suggest a movie/series/or book we should check out during isolation?
SAMUEL LONDE: My book of choice as of now is 'Power Through Constructive Thinking' by Emmet Fox.
